It's nice, but the lines of the hair are too hard. Don't use black, use a darker shade of the hair color.

I didn't even notice that there was something wrong with his nose...it doesn't look too bad. I think the overall picture isn't too bad.

But yeah, I also think its annoying when you draw and scan something, some part of the body seems too big/small. That's what happened in my Lavi pic... >___o

And as for the name...just look at his character and see what kinda name seems fitting for him. You'll find it...eventually. xP

And yes, 0.5 pens do suck...you gotta make the lines thicker if you make a mistake or correct it when you scan it.
